The question that I will be answering today is “Can veneers replace braces?”
A veneer is a very thin porcelain face that can be placed over your tooth by your general dentist. However, these often are used as a shortcut to straighten teeth. It’s possible to do that. However, it’s like putting a Band-Aid on a bigger issue. Straightening your teeth with braces gives you a lifetime result without damaging your teeth. Veneers can be a quick fix if you want that quick white straight smile. However, you’re usually better off doing some type of orthodontics such as braces or Invisalign to maintain a healthy smile over your lifetime.
