Responsibilities:
Partner closely with operational leadership and talent acquisition.
Guide practices to have role clarity and understanding of metrics
being held accountable to and lead improvement of people related
operational and talent metrics like turnover. Lead proactive and
reactive employee relations, including investigations. Support the
creation of goals and practice bonus programs to ensure they are built
around results and collaborate to build strong job descriptions, score
cards, and 30/60/90-day onboarding plans for new hires . Consistently
exhibit the behaviors congruent with corporate values and be a role
model for the department and organization . Facilitate training to the
organization on a variety of topics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent
interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate
them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism,
and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and
regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related
software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the
organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Qualifications:
Strong technical expertise in creating trusted working relationships,
understanding of the business and basic understanding of the P&L.
Experience with the management of talent to include succession
planning, support of the creation and execution of development plans.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s
HRIS and talent management systems. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills are required. Ability to utilizing technology for
training, onboarding, and retention.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a HRBP, 1 year of experience
in the Medical or Dental industry is preferred. Must possess knowledge
of multiple HR disciplines to include staffing and recruiting, talent
development, performance management, training, and development;
compensation, federal/state employment laws, and emerging trends.
