Diamond Braces Welcomes Kristen Hanson as Chief Operating Officer

Diamond Braces new COO Kristen Hanson

Diamond Braces is proud to welcome a new member of the family, announcing today the appointment of Kristen Hanson as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. She will focus on the company’s current and long-term business strategy, working tirelessly to ensure Diamond Braces remains a leader in orthodontic care throughout the New York tri-state area by providing accessible, affordable, and amazing orthodontic service.

Kristen brings over 14 years of multi-site healthcare expertise to the role, where she drove widespread growth of her company EyeCare Partners without losing sight of the needs of both colleagues and patients. Hanson was able to grow her business sustainably and reliably by acquiring individual ophthalmology and optometry practices, and seamlessly integrating them into her company’s culture. Prior to her work with EyeCare Partners, Hanson received her B.A. in Business Administration from CSU Fullerton and her MBA from Southern Oregon University.

“Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Chief Operating Officer,” said Dr. Oleg Drut, Chief Clinical Officer for Diamond Braces. “Her ability to develop our business organically will be critical in helping us continue to provide affordable, accessible, and amazing orthodontic service to our patients. I look forward to working with her and leveraging her knowledge to make us a better organization. She will no doubt be an invaluable member of our team.”

Not one to wait around, Hanson is already hard at work as COO, getting acclimated with Diamond Braces and preparing to leave her stamp on the organization. While her first few days will no doubt consist of meetings and forms, she’ll soon be free to hit the ground running and start to make a difference. We look forward to getting to know Kristen and can’t wait to see what she has in store for the future. Welcome to the Diamond Braces family, Kristen!
