Responsibilities:

Deliver the Diamond Braces mission of excellence in quality clinical care standards to all patients. Liaison and communication with the Clinical Director, District Manager, and Dental Team regarding concerns. Lead Orthodontic team in delivering high standards of care and educating patients on proper oral health. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Professional management and training of Orthodontic clinical staff. Follow all established guidelines in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Skills:

Successful candidates must demonstrate decision making, communication proficiency, excellent judgment, problem solving and analysis, time management and be willing to learn orthodontic procedures.

Qualifications:

Degree from accredited dental school; license to practice in the state of employment.

Education Requirements:

Completion of degree from accredited dental school.

Experience Requirements:

We welcome newly licensed dentists and provide all necessary training and mentorship.
