Diamond Braces is thrilled to welcome Dr. Anil Ardeshna to the team as the company’s new Chief Scientific Officer! In his new role, Dr. Ardeshna will manage the company’s scientific, research, and technological operations and processes, helping our teams better provide affordable, accessible, and amazing orthodontic service to all our patients moving forward.
Dr. Ardeshna was first trained in England, receiving his Bachelor in Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) from the University of Wales, U.K. His training included a general dental residency and an oral surgery residency. He then received a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut Dental School, where he also earned his certificate of specialty in Orthodontics and a Masters in Dental Science. He has also worked as an associate professor and Postgraduate program director at the Department of Orthodontics, Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey, as well as still maintaining a part-time private practice.
Among his other accolades include his status as a diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontists, an official elected member of the Council of Orthodontic Education of the American Association of Orthodontists, a board member of the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, and a consultant with the American Council on Dental Accreditation. Dr. Ardeshna is the president-elect of the Middlesex Dental Society (NJDA) and a Rutgers University Senator. He has been voted as one of the top orthodontists in New Jersey by the New Jersey Monthly magazine. He is also a manuscript reviewer for peer-reviewed professional journals.
Dr. Ardeshna has also made a name for himself as both a nationally and internationally renowned speaker. He lectures on Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, Mechanotherapy, Technology and Materials Innovations in Orthodontics, and Outcome Measurements.
Suffice to say, Dr. Ardeshna joins Diamond Braces as an esteemed dental professional and we’re ecstatic to have him as part of the team. Not one to wait around, he’s already hard at work visiting offices and leaving his mark on the company.
