Description:

The Senior Dental Office Manager / Senior Office Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the effective operations and financial performance of multiple Diamond Braces practices. As a strategic leader, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing training, profit, performance, and operational efficiencies at each branch under your leadership. Your role involves providing guidance to supervisors and team members across all locations, while consistently reporting the performance of regional branches to upper leadership. You will effectively guide your teams, fostering a collaborative environment to surpass targets and propel the business into sustained growth.

You will ensure that each office under your direction is consistently delivering the Diamond Braces mission of providing Affordable and Accessible orthodontic care with Amazing service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective operations of multiple offices/branches, ensuring efficiency and excellence across the entire region
  • Guide, train and empower your teams, fostering high-performance culture at every level
  • Prepare comprehensive office performance reports for presentation to regional and upper leadership, offering insights into each branch's achievements and opportunities
  • Organize and implement impactful training programs for staff, promoting a culture of continuous growth and development
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, health and business laws and regulations across all branches
  • Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance in every aspect of district operations
  • Drive profitability by implementing strategic initiatives to maximize company profits at the offices you supervise
  • Enhance KPI performance of each office by upskilling team members and driving performance management
  • Ensure team members at all levels have deep understanding of financials and office operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree – Preferred
  • High School degree – Required
  • 3 years experience in Dental/Orthodontic office management – Required
  • 5 years managerial/supervisory experience – Required
  • 5 years customer service experience - Required
  • Proven experience in office management, demonstrating a track record of success in overseeing a diverse set of operations
  • Proficient in designing and executing impactful training programs, with expertise in evaluating their effectiveness and ROI
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and develop supervisory teams
  • Analytical mindset, capable of understanding financials and preparing and presenting insightful performance report
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience driving profitability
  • Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed
  • Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stress
  • High level of customer service skills, effective in handling disputes and treating customers with care
